We are a firm of litigators first and foremost, with an emphasis on the practice of maritime law. Our principal clients are domestic and international marine insurers. However, we also represent a number of companies involved in the maritime industry directly, including ocean carriers, vessel owners, ship managers, tug and barge operators, terminal operators, marine construction contractors, and commodities companies. The firm has many local clients, as well as clients from England, Switzerland, Greece, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine, Chile, South Africa, and a number of other countries.
